Your privacy and HIPAA
The privacy and confidentiality of your and your child's protected health information (PHI) has always been a priority at The Children's Medical Center of Dayton. In addition to policies already in place, Dayton Children's has implemented process and policies to comply with federal HIPAA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act) legislation effective April 14, 2003.
We believe the processes that have been put in place will strengthen current privacy practices and customer services.
